December 1, 2006, Newsletter Issue #3: Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Route

Tip of the Week

The most famous parade in November is undoubtedly Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The parade begins at 77th Street and Central Park West. It heads toward Columbus Circle and turns onto Broadway. The parade subsequently turns west on 34th Street and ends at 7th Avenue.

The public can't view the parade on Broadway from 34th to 38th Streets and there is limited viewing opportunity on the south side of 34th Street from Broadway to 7th Avenue.
