Decorating Windowsills and Flower Boxes

Just because flowers aren't blooming in November doesn't mean your windowsills and flower boxes need to look barren. Line windowsills with small gourds, squashes and pumpkins or fill flower boxes with these fall vegetables.

The Size of the Centerpiece

Centerpieces should be kept low to the table so guests can easily converse. Keep this in mind with candles, too. Candle height should be either low or high, but not at eye level.
